Highlighting the role of experts in construction disputes

Alexey Perkov, Partner and Expert at Fidem Research Group, participated in the III DRC Forum on construction contract management and construction dispute resolution.

Alexey shared practical insights on how to organise an expert’s workflow, from report preparation to cross-examination, so that complex technical issues are presented clearly, objectively, and in a way that is useful to the arbitral tribunal.
