Sergey Pleshakov — a new partner and expert at Fidem Research Group

Sergey brings 30 years of senior-level expertise in construction project management, dispute resolution, and expert witness services.

Prior to joining Fidem Research Group Sergey spent over eight years working for international consulting company Driver Trett (currently Diales) in the UAE and five years at HKA in the UK and the UAE.

As an expert, Sergey specializes in:

◾ Delay analysis in construction;

◾ Quantum in construction; and

◾ Claim management including the preparation of claims and rebuttals.
