Fidem Research Group at Paris Arbitration Week 2026

In March, we attended Paris Arbitration Week 2026 (PAW) which remains one of the key global platforms discussing the future of international arbitration.

This year program included over 260 events and more than 40,000 registrants.

The key topics at PAW were:

◾ Artificial intelligence in arbitration;

◾ Energy, natural resources, and climate-related disputes;

◾ Investment arbitration and national sovereignty;

◾ Innovation in arbitration and emerging jurisdictions; and

◾ Sustainability.

The discussions also focused on new challenges for international arbitration.

It was a pleasure to connect with colleagues, discuss the latest trends, and, most importantly, to be included in GAR 100 2026!
