Fidem Research Group at the business breakfast "Escalation in MENA"

Vladimir Nefediev, Managing Partner, Expert at Fidem Research Group, took part in the business breakfast "Escalation in MENA: Economic and Legal Implications for International Business”. At the event participants discussed recent developments in the region, explored key insurance issues, and assessed the inevitable rise in litigation.

During the panel, Vladimir provided a detailed overview of possible implications in terms of damage assessment in potential disputes, as well as the methodological challenges involved in assessing such damage.

“It was a substantive discussion. We examined the current situation in the Middle East, discussed the types of damage triggered by these events, and the complexities and approaches to the damage assessment that will need to be considered. It was a valuable opportunity to connect and hear colleagues’ perspectives,” Vladimir noted.
