Contributing to the development of international arbitration

Fidem Research Group was proud to support a team of law students who participated in the 18th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court.

The team delivered excellent results:

◾ 15th place in the main tournament in Frankfurt;
◾ 2nd place in the preliminary round in Rome.

Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court is one of the most prestigious student competitions in international investment law and arbitration. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that cases are based on real historical events — from Antiquity to the 20th century — while being analyzed through the lens of contemporary law.
