Valuation of European gas companies

Our team conducted a valuation of two European companies engaged in the transportation, storage and sale of gas.

The project involved a comprehensive analysis of gas market dynamics across several European countries, including demand and supply trends, contractual arrangements with major suppliers and industry pricing mechanisms. The findings were used to determine the value of the companies and support preparations for a transaction with a potential investor.
