Financial analysis of railcar manufacturing companies

Our team analyzed the cash flows and prepared financial models for three of the largest railcar manufacturing companies to assess their investment attractiveness in connection with a potential acquisition.

The client was the largest supplier of spare parts for railcar repairs. As part of the project, we also assessed potential synergies with the client’s existing business and analyzed possible changes to the companies’ operations following their acquisition by new investors.

The project resulted in the development of long-term financial models for each company, incorporating various scenarios.
